    3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    6. The item matches the issue reported to Scarflora; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. The return request has been approved by Scarflora before the item is sent back.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Scarflora reserves the right to reject any returned item that does not meet these conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. ITEMS THAT CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          6. COLOUR AND PRODUCT DISPLAY<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          We try our best to show product colours and details of our Scarflora instant shawls<\/strong> accurately on scarflora.com. However, actual product colours may appear slightly different due to photography lighting, screen settings, device display, editing, or fabric batch differences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Minor colour differences are not considered product defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            8. RETURN APPROVAL PROCESS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            After we receive your request, we will review the information provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If the request is approved, Scarflora will provide return instructions, including the return address and next steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Customers must send the item back within 3 working days<\/strong> after receiving return approval, unless Scarflora agrees to a different period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              11. TIKTOK SHOP REFUNDS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

              For orders placed via TikTok Shop<\/strong>, refunds are handled directly by TikTok. Scarflora can only accept or appeal return requests. Once the return is complete, TikTok processes the refund. For refund issues, please contact the TikTok Shop Help Center<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              12. RETURN SHIPPING COST<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

              Scarflora will cover or reimburse return shipping cost if the issue was caused by Scarflora, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
